There are no more dates available for Winter Workshops this year.
Spend a warm, creative evening with artist Sarah Cannell at the Raveningham Centre (NR14 6NU) making christmas crackers with a variety of papers and ribbons. Decorate your home or christmas tree with the crackers or they make beautiful presents for special friends. Expect good company, mulled wine, mindful creativity.
Sarah’s workshops are suitable for all abilities with her relaxed approach giving beginners confidence and her depth of knowledge being a useful source for more confident artists to bounce ideas off. Participants should expect to come away from each workshop with fresh ideas as well as a renewed enthusiasm and creative drive. Teas and coffees included, for all day workshops please bring your own lunch. Workshop run either 10-4pm or 5-9pm all materials included. General workshop information
Materials are included in the workshop price but students are encouraged to bring their own favourite materials and tools too. It is important to wear old clothes or bring a good apron as we will be using materials that will be difficult to wash out of clothes.
Where to stay: There are a number of local bed and breakfasts. The Kings Head Hotel in the local market town Beccles is very comfortable and affordable and only a 10 minute drive from the workshop venue.
