Learn the process of cutting and printing a lino ‘key block’ (the main design), by the end of the day you will have produced at least one linoblock and printed a small series of images. The print can be coloured with watercolours, inks, pencils at home when it is thoroughly dry and Sarah will be able to advise on tools and materials to enable participants to continue cutting and printing designs at home without requiring a press. The process involved can be very meditative and working in a small group is often a lovely way to create artwork. Sarah supplies a number of galleries in East Anglia with her popular linoprints and specialises in hand colouring, see examples of her linoprints here.

“I was so thrilled with the print I made on your workshop and can’t wait to make more at home. Thank you for inspiring my creativity.”
