Silver Linings Painting series meets #1000vesselproject In 2019 my partner and I took our son on a 2 week road trip through Europe after 3.5 years of treatment for his leukaemia. We discovered this fabulous beach at the side of a vast lake in south west France. I started a series of small oil paintings called Silver Linings which celebrated the everyday moments. Golden Hare Lane 2. Local legend has it that a gold brooch belonging to Boudicca, Queen of the Iceni, was discovered by a girl walking home late one night.
